Refund Policy

At Z Gaming PCs, we stand behind the quality of every custom-built system we sell. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below for details on returns, refunds, and restocking fees.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request is made within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.

  • The PC is in its original condition, with no physical damage or unauthorized modifications.

  • All original packaging, accessories, and documentation are returned.

  • The product was purchased directly from Z Gaming PCs (orders from third-party sellers must follow their respective policies).


2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Customized or special-order components (e.g., specific water cooling loops, imported parts).

  • Software licenses (e.g., Windows keys, game codes) once activated.

  • Shipping and handling fees.

  • Damage caused by misuse, overclocking, or unauthorized repairs.


3. Restocking Fee

All approved refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee, deducted from the total refund amount. This covers labor, configuration, and handling costs.


4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return or refund:

  1. Contact our support team at support@zgamingpcs.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. A team member will review your request and, if approved, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  3. Ship the PC and all included accessories back using the instructions provided.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.


5. Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to defective hardware or a shipping error on our part.

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to avoid loss or damage during return transit.


6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled for a full refund if requested within 24 hours of purchase, provided the build has not entered production. Once production has begun, the standard refund and restocking policies apply.


7. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after approval.
