All Z Gaming PCs include:
Covers: Hardware defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Includes: Replacement of defective components and labor.
Does Not Cover: Accidental damage, misuse, overclocking damage, or unauthorized repairs.
Free support via email, phone, or live chat for the life of your PC.
Includes help with troubleshooting, updates, configuration, and performance tips.
At checkout, customers can upgrade to:

Overclocking or third-party modifications
Liquid spills (unless covered by a custom liquid-cooling add-on plan)
Improper installation of additional hardware
Physical abuse, drops, or power surges (use a surge protector!)
Software-related issues not tied to hardware function
Normal wear and tear (e.g., fans, RGB fading over time)

Diagnosis & RMA
Our team will guide you through basic troubleshooting. If hardware repair is needed, we’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Return and Repair
Ship the PC back (you cover shipping unless otherwise stated). We’ll diagnose, repair, and return it—fast.
Repair Timeline
Most repairs are completed and shipped back within 5–10 business days of receiving your PC.
Opening your PC does NOT void your warranty unless damage is caused during modification or incompatible upgrades are installed.
Keep your original proof of purchase—you’ll need it for any warranty claims.
Warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser.
